Springfield to Receive Funding for Homeless Veterans

SPRINGFIELD, Mo- The city of Springfield will receive over $40,000 to support homeless veterans, thanks to Senator Claire McCaskill.
These funds will support rental assistance programs for vets.
It has been awarded to the Springfield Housing Authority through the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Veterans Affair Supporting Housing Program.
